On 3/04/2025, the Emerson Detective Bureau received a report that male employee at a local place of business groped a female co-worker on two (2) separate occasions while at the place of business. The incident was investigated by Detective T. McDermott in conjunction with the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office (BCPO) Special Victims Unit (SVU). The absentee defendant, a 43-year-old male from Lodi, NJ, was charged with Criminal Sexual Contact on a complaint summons and was issued a pending court appearance date in the Central Judicial Processing (CJP) Court in Hackensack.
