While performing motor patrol, Officer J. Schwarz effectuated a motor vehicle stop for multiple equipment and moving violations. During Officer Schwarz’s roadside investigation, it was learned that the driver, a 28-year-old male from Emerson, NJ, had (1) active criminal warrant for Aggravate Assault from the Clifton Police Department. The individual was arrested and turned over to the custody of the Clifton Police Department after being issued multiple summonses.
