Officer M. Martino and Sgt. Rizza responded to a residence on Wortendyke Avenue for a 911 hang up. The officer’s on-scene investigation resulted in the arrest of a 52-year-old female from Emerson, NJ. The defendant was formally charged on a complaint summons for violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:12-1A Simple Assault (DP) and ordered to appear at the Emerson Municipal Court for those criminal charges.
