While on routine patrol, Officer J. Schwarz observed a vehicle that is routinely operated by a wanted individual from a pervious case. The driver of the vehicle, a 48-year-old male from Westwood, NJ, was confirmed to have an active ACS warrant out of the Emerson Municipal Court for $1,500. The driver was subsequently taken into custody, processed for charges from a previous case and was ultimately released on his own recognizance after being provided a new court date by the Emerson Municipal Court.
