While on routine patrol, Officer J. Chichizola received an alert for a vehicle traveling South on Kinderkamack Road with a suspended registration. Officer Chichizola located the vehicle and also learned that the driver/register owner’s license was suspended and also had an active $1,000 ATS Warrant out of the Bernards Township Municipal Court for his arrest. The vehicle was removed off of the roadway and the driver was subsequently taken into custody, issued motor vehicle summonses with a mandatory Emerson Municipal Court date and was ultimately released on his own recognizance after being provided a new court date by the Bernards Township Municipal Court.
