04/19/26 | Arrest – Simple Assault / DWI | 5:55 PM (Emerson)

Officers J. Schwarz, J. Chichizola and T. Solimando responded to an Emerson resident’s for a report of a domestic dispute. Prior to the officer’s arrival it was reported that the alleged suspect fled the scene possibly operating a vehicle while intoxicated. The officer’s investigation resulted in the arrest of a 48-year-old female from Emerson, NJ for Simple Assault and also Driving While Intoxicated.  The defendant was arrested and charged on complaint summons for Simple Assault (DP) and was issued a court appearance date with the Emerson Municipal Court for both the criminal and motor vehicle charges.
