Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, Officer J. Schwarz observed that the driver, a 32-year-old male from Hillsdale, NJ, was displaying multiple signs of impairment. The driver performed Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFST’s) and was suspected to be under the influence while operating the vehicle in question.  The driver was placed under arrest and was transported to HQ for processing, where he was charged with DWI, along with numerous other motor vehicle summonses.  The driver was released to a responsible party and was issued a mandatory court appearance date in the Emerson Municipal Court.
