The Emerson Police Department was by the Hackensack Golf Club that a vehicle was broken into on July, 2026. A subsequent investigation by the Emerson Detective Bureau identified a 43-year-old male from Forest Hills, NY as the suspect responsible for the vehicle burglary and thefts. Det. T. McDermott generated a complaint warrant and charged the absentee defendant with (1) count of N.J.S.A 2C:18-2A Burglary; (1) count N.J.S.A 2C:21-6C Theft of Credit Cards.
