While on motor vehicle patrol Officer Schwarz recognized a male party operating a bicycle that resembled a wanted persons out of Emerson. Officer Schwarz observed a moving violation and made contact with the subject. Officer Schwarz was able to confirm the subject as wanted and placed the 51-year-old male party for a warrant out of Emerson.
