While on motor patrol, Officer J. Schwarz observed a vehicle with multiple equipment violations. Officer Schwarz initiated a traffic stop, and during the roadside investigation, it was determined that the driver, a 30-year-old female resident of Hackensack, New Jersey, was operating the vehicle with suspended driving privileges. Further investigation revealed the individual had (3) active ATS warrants for her arrest: Rochelle Park Municipal Court – $750, Clifton Municipal Court – $1,000, & Hackensack Municipal Court – $1,000. The driver was taken into custody without incident, issued a mandatory court date in Emerson Municipal Court for the driving-related offenses and ultimately released on her on recognizance after being provided new court dates by the three jurisdictions related to her outstanding warrants.
