The Emerson Police Department was notified by TGX loss prevention that a shoplifting incident occurred on June 12th, 2026. Subsequent to an investigation by the loss prevention employees and Det. T. McDermott, a 53-year-old female from Ramsey, NJ was identified. Det. T. McDermott generated a complaint summons and charged the absentee defendant with (1) count of Shoplifting (4th Deg and given a court date to answer for those criminal charges at the Emerson Municipal Court.
