Officers C. Murphy and K. Cullen responded to a suspicious person’s report at the Old Hook Road shopping plaza. The Officers on-scene investigation resulted in the arrest of a 38-year-old homeless male for violations of N.J.S.A. 2C:35-10.4 (DP) Possession of toxic chemicals to cause intoxication. The defendant was formally charged on a complaint summons and ordered to appear at the Emerson Municipal Court for those criminal charges.
