The Emerson Police Department was notified of a prohibited in-person contact by the subject of a Domestic Violence Restraining Order. An investigation by Emerson Officers determined a violation of the order did occur and Officer S. Gildea filed a complaint warrant for N.J.S.A 2C:29-
9B against the 36-year-old male defendant. The subject defendant was located and arrested/remanded to Bergen Conty Jail.
