During the course of a motor vehicle stop & roadside investigation, Officer J. Schwarz  learned that the driver, a 23-year-old male from North Haledon, NJ,  was operating the vehicle with suspended driving privileges and had exhibited a fictitious digital insurance card. After confirming that the policy provided was under a different person’s name and vehicle, the driver was taken into custody, issued multiple motor vehicle summonses and was charged on a complaint summons for Exhibiting a Fraudulent Insurance ID Card (4th Deg.)  The defendant was ultimately released on his own recognizance after being provided a mandatory court appearance date with the Emerson Municipal Court and the Central Judicial Processing (CJP) Court in Hackensack.
