During the course of a motor vehicle stop & roadside investigation, Officer J. Chichizola learned of one (1) active $1,000 ACS Warrant for the driver, a 27-year-old male from Emerson, NJ, out of the Teaneck Municipal Court. The driver, who was operating the vehicle with a suspended license, was taken into custody, issued a summons and ultimately released on his own recognizance after being provided a new court date by the Teaneck Police Department.
