During the course of a motor vehicle stop & roadside investigation, Officer J. Chichizola learned of one (1) active $750 ATS Warrant for the driver, a 19-year-old male from Saddle Brook, NJ, out of the Ramsey Municipal Court. The driver, was taken into custody, issued multiple summonses and ultimately released on his own recognizance after being provided a new court date by the Ramsey Police Department.
