12/26/25 | Arrest – Driving While Intoxicated | 8:25 PM (Linda Place)

Officer J. Dmitruk was dispatched to Linda Place for a report of a motor vehicle collision (MVC).  Officer Dmitruk located the subject vehicle with heavy front end damage and airbag deployment, which matched the description of a wanted vehicle involved in a hit and run MVC in Oradell. PO Dmitruk was able to locate the driver of the vehicle, a 33-year-old female from Emerson, NJ, who performed Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFST’s) and was suspected to be under the influence while operating the vehicle in question.  The driver was placed under arrest and was transported to HQ for processing, where she was charged with DWI along with other motor vehicle summonses.  The driver was released to a responsible party and was issued a mandatory court appearance date in the Emerson Municipal Court.
