During the course of a motor vehicle stop & roadside investigation, Officer J. Chichizola learned of two (2) active ATS Warrants: Hackensack Municipal Court – $1,000 & Garfield Municipal Court – $500, for the driver, a 27-year-old female from Hackensack, NJ. The driver was ultimately released on her own recognizance after being provided new court dates by the two jurisdictions related to her outstanding warrants.
