Chichizola effectuated a motor vehicle stop for multiple equipment violations.  During the course of the roadside investigation, Officer Chichizola determined that the driver’s vehicle was displaying a fictitious temporary registration and the driver had presented a fictitious insurance card. The driver, a 49-year-old female from Hawthorne, NJ, was placed under arrest, charged on complaint summons for exhibiting a fraudulent motor vehicle insurance card (4th Deg.), issued multiple motor vehicle summonses and was ultimately released on her own recognizance pending court appearance dates in the Central Judicial Processing (CJP) Court in Hackensack & the Emerson Municipal Court.
