While performing motor patrol, Officer J. Chichizola effectuated a motor vehicle stop for multiple equipment violations. During Officer Chichizola’s roadside investigation, he confirmed that the driver, a 28-year-old female from Paterson, NJ, was driving with suspended driving privileges and had (1) active ATS warrant out of Hawthorne Municipal Court for $750. The individual was given a new court date by the Hawthorne Municipal Court and was released on her own recognizance pending a licensed driver to operate the vehicle.
