While observing traffic, Officer J. Schwarz identified a vehicle and initiated a traffic stop for multiple equipment violations. During Officer Schwarz’s roadside investigation, he confirmed that the driver, a 29-year-old female from Passaic, NJ, was driving with suspended driving privileges and had (1) active $550 ACS warrant out of Saddle Brook Municipal Court for Domestic Violence Burglary, Criminal Mischief and Harassment. The individual was taken into custody, processed/issued summonses, given a new court date by the Saddle Book Municipal Court and was released on her own recognizance.
