While performing motor patrol, Officer J. Chichizola effectuated a motor vehicle stop for a suspected stolen motor vehicle out of Newark Airport. During Officer Chichizola’s roadside investigation, it was confirmed that the vehicle was reported stolen by the NY/NJ Port Authority Police Department. The driver, a 27-year-old male from Carlsbad, CA, was taken into custody, processed, charged on a complaint summons for Receiving a Stolen Motor Vehicle and was released on his own recognizance with a pending court appearance date in the Central Judicial Processing (CJP) Court in Hackensack.
