On 2/28/2024, the Emerson Detective Bureau received a report of Criminal Sexual Contact that allegedly occurred at a place of business. The incident was investigated by Detective T. McDermott in conjunction with the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victim’s Unit. At the conclusion of the investigation, the absentee defendant, a 43-year-old male from Lodi, NJ was charged accordingly on a complaint summons and was issued a pending court appearance date in the Central Municipal Court.
