While performing motor patrol in the area of Soldier Hill Road, Officer J. Chichizola effectuated a motor vehicle stop of a vehicle that was tied to an earlier incident involving a dispute at a local grocery store. PO Chichizola had knowledge of outstanding ACS warrants from Hillsdale Municipal Court for $1,500 and River Edge Municipal Court for $1,000, for the registered owner of the vehicle, and confirmed the driver’s identity and validity of the warrants the motor vehicle stop. The individual was taken into custody, transported to HQ and ultimately turned over to the River Edge Police Department.
