While performing motor patrol in the area of Kinderkamack Road, Officer J. Chichizola & PO J. Schwarz effectuated a motor vehicle stop.  During the officer’s roadside investigation, it was learned that the driver, a 23-year-old male from Union City, NJ, had an outstanding ACS warrant from Union City Municipal Court for $1500. Also, during the stop, it was learned a passenger, 22-year-old male from North Bergen, NJ, also had an outstanding ACS warrant from Union City Municipal Court for $750.  Both individuals were taken into custody, transported to HQ and ultimately turned over to the Union City Police Department.
