While performing motor patrol in the area of Kinderkamack Road, Officer J. Schwarz effectuated a motor vehicle stop for multiple equipment violations. During Officer Schwarz’s roadside investigation, it was learned that registered owner, a 27-year-old male from Carteret, NJ, was seated in the front passenger’s seat and had two (2) active ATS warrant from Clifton Municipal Court for $500 and $750. The individual was taken into custody, given a new court date by the Clifton Municipal Court and was released on his own recognizance after being issued a summons with a pending court appearance date in Emerson.
