While performing motor patrol in the area of Forest Avenue, Officer J. Chichizola effectuated a motor vehicle stop for an equipment violation. During Officer Chichizola’s roadside investigation, it was learned that the driver, a 41-year-old male from Paterson, NJ had an outstanding ATS warrant from Hawthorne Municipal Court for $1,025. The individual was taken into custody, transported to HQ and ultimately turned over to the Hawthorne Police Department.
