While performing motor patrol in the area of Forest Avenue, Officer J. Chichizola effectuated a motor vehicle stop for a suspected suspended driver. During Officer Chichizola’s roadside investigation, it was learned that the driver, a 30-year-old female from Paterson, NJ, was operating the vehicle with a suspended license and had an outstanding ACS warrant from Paterson Municipal Court for $1,000. The individual was taken into custody, given a new court date by the Paterson Municipal Court and was released on her own recognizance after being issued a summons with a pending court appearance date in Emerson.
