While patrolling in the area of Linwood Avenue, PO J. Schwarz effectuated a motor vehicle stop of a vehicle for a traffic infraction. During Officer Schwarz’s roadside investigation, it was learned that the driver, a 27-year-old male from Spring Valley, NY, had outstanding warrants from Old Tappan Municipal Court for $1,200 and Paramus Municipal Court for $500. The individual was taken into custody, given new court dates and was released on his own recognizance.
