While patrolling in the area of Palisade Avenue, PO J. Chichizola observed a known driver with active warrants and effectuated a motor vehicle stop.  During Officer Chichizola’s roadside investigation, he confirmed that the driver, a 30-year-old male from Emerson, NJ, had an outstanding warrant from River Edge Municipal Court for $1,500.  The individual was taken into custody, posted 10% bail, was given a new court date by River Edge Municipal Court, and was ultimately released on his own recognizance pending a new court appearance date.
