Officer S. Gildea effectuated a motor vehicle stop on Main Street for a traffic offense. The officer’s roadside investigation confirmed that the driver, a 54-year-old male from Northvale, NJ, was unlicensed, driving while suspended and had an active warrant out of Park Ridge PD totaling $2,000.
