10:58 PM (Kinderkamack Rd): While on patrol, Officer J. Chichizola effectuated a motor vehicle stop for a moving violation. The driver, a 53-year-old female from Hillsdale, NJ, performed standardized field sobriety tests. The driver’s poor operation of the vehicle coupled with the officer’s roadside investigation determined that the driver was impaired. The driver was ultimately arrested and charged with DWI. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
