While performing motor patrol, Officer J. Schwarz initiated a traffic stop for an equipment violation. During Officer Schwarz’s roadside investigation, he confirmed that the driver, a 43-year-old male from Bayonne, NJ, was driving with suspended driving privileges and had (3) active ATS warrants: $750 out of Emerson Municipal Court, $750 out of West Milford Municipal Court, and $550 out of Edgewater Municipal Court. The individual was taken into custody, posted full cash bail for all (3) warrants, given a new court date by each of the courts and was released on his own recognizance.
