While performing motor patrol, Officer J. Schwarz initiated a traffic stop for multiple equipment violations. During Officer Schwarz’s roadside investigation, it was confirmed that the registered owner/driver, a 24-year-old male from Elmwood Park, NJ, was driving with suspended driving privileges and had (1) active ATS warrant from the Hasbrouck Heights Municipal Court. The individual was taken into custody, given a new court date by the Hasbrouck Heights Municipal Court and was released on his own recognizance.
