During the course of a motor vehicle stop & roadside investigation, Officer J. Chichizola  also observed two (2) backseat passengers not wearing seatbelts. One of the passengers, identified as a 31-year-old male from Passaic, NJ, had one (1) active ATS Warrant ($1,500) out of the Vernon Township Municipal Court.  The passenger was taken into custody, transported back to HQ where he produced 10% bail and was released on his own recognizance after being provided a new court date by the Vernon Township Municipal Court.
