During the course of a motor vehicle stop & roadside investigation, Officer J. Schwarz  learned that the driver, a 34-year-old male from Belleville, NJ,  had initially provided false information, hindering his own identity, and was later found to have one (1) active ATS Warrant (Highland Park PD). The driver was taken into custody, issued multiple motor vehicle summonses and was charged on a complaint summons for Hindering/False info to LEO (DP).  The defendant posted a 10% bail for the ATS warrant and was ultimately released on his own recognizance after being provided a new court date by the Highland Park Municipal Court and a mandatory court appearance date with the Emerson Municipal Court.
