Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, Officer J. Chichizola observed that the driver, a 66-year-old male from Montvale, NJ, was displaying multiple signs of impairment. The driver performed Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFST’s) and was suspected to be under the influence while operating the vehicle in question. The driver was placed under arrest and was transported to HQ for processing, where he was charged with DWI , Refusal to submit to Breath Tests, along with other motor vehicle summonses. The driver was released to a responsible party and was issued a mandatory court appearance date in the Emerson Municipal Court.
