During the course of a motor vehicle stop & roadside investigation, Officer J. Chichizola learned of two (2) active $1,000 ATS Warrants for the driver, a 31-year-old male from Clifton, NJ, out of the Wayne Township Municipal Court.  The driver, who was operating the vehicle with a suspended license, was taken into custody, issued multiple summonses and ultimately released on his own recognizance after being provided a new court date by the Wayne Police Department.
