While on motor patrol, Officers J. Chichizola and J. Schwarz were dispatched to Chandler Drive for a report of a male party yelling in the middle of the street. The defendant, an 18-year-old male from Woodcliff Lake, NJ, was placed under arrest for an outstanding ACS warrant from the Emerson Police Department. When arrested, officers located numerous items of suspected CDS. The defendant was able to post 10% of the bail and was ultimately released on a complaint summons with a mandatory court appearance date with the Central Judicial Processing (CJP) Court in Hackensack for all criminal charges.
