On 7/13/25, Det. T. McDermott received a report of fraudulent credit card charges. Det. McDermott’s investigation identified a 27-year-old female from New York, NY, who matched a suspect description from a Colts Neck PD case.  On 11/03/25, the absentee defendant was charged on a complaint summons for Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card (3rd Deg) and was issued a court appearance date in the Central Judicial Processing (CJP) Court in Hackensack.
