While on motor patrol, Officers J. Dmitruk and J. Schwarz observed an individual, who was known to have outstanding warrants, walking south on Kinderkamack Road. A pedestrian stop was performed and it was confirmed that the pedestrian, a 35-year-old male from Emerson, NJ, had (2) active warrants for his arrest: (1) ACS Warrant from the Clifton Police Department and (1) NCIC Warrant from the Union County Sheriff’s Department.  The subject was placed under arrest and transported back to headquarters without incident. The subject was ultimately turned over to the custody of the Union County Sheriff’s Department.
