While performing motor patrol, Officer J. Schwarz effectuated a motor vehicle stop for multiple equipment violations. During Officer Schwarz’s roadside investigation, it was learned that the registered owner/driver, a 25-year-old female from Jefferson Twp., NJ, was driving with suspended driving privileges, a suspended registration and (1) active ATS warrant from the Burlington Township Municipal Court. The individual was taken into custody, given a new court date by the Burlington Township Municipal Court and was released on her own recognizance after being issued a summons with a pending court appearance date in Emerson.
