While performing motor patrol, Officer J. Schwarz effectuated a motor vehicle stop for multiple equipment violations. During Officer Schwarz’s roadside investigation, it was learned that the driver, a 30-year-old male from East Orange, NJ, had suspended driving privileges and (5) active ACS warrants from Monroe Township Municipal Court for $1,500, Harrison Municipal Court for $1,000, Elizabeth Municipal Court for $1,000, Newark Municipal Court for $500 and Jersey City Municipal Court for $750. The individual was taken into custody, transported to HQ and ultimately turned over to the Monroe Police Department.
