Officer Chichizola and Det. T. McDermott were dispatched to a local grocery store for a report of a male party attempting to steal shopping carts. Officers located the suspect’s vehicle, which was occupied by a 48-year-old male from Bronx, NY. During the investigation, it was learned that suspect had an outstanding ATS warrant from Parsippany Tory Hills Municipal Court for $1,000. The individual was charged on a complaint summons for Theft, was given a new court date by the Parsippany Tory Hills Municipal Court and was released on her own recognizance.
