While patrolling in the area of Forest Avenue, Officer J. Schwarz effectuated a motor vehicle stop of a vehicle for a traffic infraction.    During Officer J. Schwarz’s roadside investigation, it was learned that the driver, a 27-year-old male from Bloomfiled, NJ, had his driving privileges suspended due to a second or subsequent violation of 39:4-50, and was required to have an ignition interlock device. The individual was taken into custody, charged with the fourth-degree offense and was issued a pending court appearance date.
