While patrolling in the area of Kinderkamack Road, PO J. Schwarz effectuated a motor vehicle stop of a vehicle for a traffic and equipment infractions. During Officer Schwarz’s roadside investigation, it was learned that the driver, a 39-year-old male from Elmwood Park, NJ, was unlicensed and driving while suspended. A further inquiry revealed that the driver had seven (7) outstanding warrants from multiple jurisdictions totaling approximately $6,050. The individual was taken into custody, issued a motor vehicle summonses, and was released on his own recognizance pending new court appearance dates.
