While patrolling in the area of Kinderkamack Road, PO T. Solimando effectuated a motor vehicle stop of a vehicle for multiple equipment violations. During Officer Solimando’s roadside investigation, it was learned that the driver, a 37-year-old male from Garfield, NJ, had an outstanding warrant from Harrison Municipal Court for $600. The driver was taken into custody, issued motor vehicle summons for operating a vehicle without insurance, and was released on his own recognizance pending a new court appearance date.
