On Friday October 14, 2025, an Emerson resident entered HQ to report an ongoing harassment complaint. After being asked to cease contact with the complainant, the suspect continued harassing communication with the complainant. On 10/24/25, Officer J. Chichizola had found enough probable cause to charge the suspect with harassment, resulting in the suspect, a 49-year-old Emerson resident/absentee defendant, being charged on a complaint summons for Harassment (PDP) with a mandatory court appearance date in the Emerson Municipal Court.
