During the course of a motor vehicle stop & roadside investigation, Officer J. Chichizola used his training and experience to find inconsistencies on the insurance card that led him to believe it was fraudulent. PO Chichizola’s investigation determined that the policy number had never existed with the company. The driver, a 31-year-old male from Bergenfield, NJ, was subsequently arrested, processed, and ultimately released on a complaint summons with a mandatory court appearance date with the Central Judicial Processing (CJP) Court in Hackensack for the criminal charge as well as an Emerson Municipal Court date for the motor vehicle summonses.
