During the course of a motor vehicle stop & roadside investigation, Officer J. Schwarz learned of one (1) active NCIC Warrant for the driver, a 44-year-old male from Westwood, NJ, out of the Passaic County Sheriff’s Office. The driver was taken into custody, issued a traffic summons, and ultimately turned over to the Passaic County Sheriff’s Office.
